Clients must provide evidence of following the diet plan, such as grocery purchase receipts, food photos, or a food diary.
10.5 Minimal Use of Bonuses:
If the program includes bonuses like special workouts, motivational talks, or additional guides, specify that a certain percentage of these resources must be utilized.
10.6 Pre and Post Program Assessment:
Clients must submit a pre-program assessment (such as weight, body measurements, fitness level) and a post-program assessment to demonstrate a lack of progress despite following the program.
